Membership
Adult immigrants in northern Utah are invited to join the National Society for English Language Learners. Student members must be at least 18 years old. Annual dues are $50 per calendar year and include all offerings below:
English Activities
Learn and practice English while exploring our community. Weekend activities include: hikes, tea socials, dinners, museum visits, picnics, and game nights.
English Labs
Learn and practice English with teachers and volunteers. Weekly labs are held at public libraries. Labs alternate between conversation practice and reading practice.
English Workshops
Learn English in traditional, small-group settings. Workshops meet at public libraries. Annual workshops include: Easy English, A Parrot’s Guide to Pronunciation, Mind + Body, and A Novel Approach.
